• I will return all phone calls and e-mails within 24-hours unless I am out of town.
• I respect all clients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits.
• If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so with more than 24-hours notice if at all possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I will apply a 50% discount to your next session.

Clients

• If cancellation is necessary, please provide me with at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the appointment.
• Payment should be made at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• Please be on time - I often have clients booked back to back.  It is best to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
• Many questionable businesses exist that provide sexual services under the guise of "massage therapy". Therapeutic Bodywork of South Austin is not one of those businesses.
